New kid on the block. His name is Efrain and he is 9 years old. He has a very sad background. DIF took him from his grandmother who was mistreating him. She would put him in a hole in the ground so he could not get out. Sometimes he even had to sleep there at night. He is now trying to adjust to his new home.
